Incident Response Procedure – Eurekab / Freeck


Scope

This procedure applies to the Freeck application operated by Eurekab.


High-severity incidents

  • Personal data breach
  • Unauthorized access
  • Cryptographic key compromise

Actions:

  • Immediate containment
  • User notification within 72 hours if required
  • Notification to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (DPA) when applicable
  • Documentation and post-incident review
