Incident Response Procedure – Eurekab / Freeck
Scope
This procedure applies to the Freeck application operated by Eurekab.
High-severity incidents
- Personal data breach
- Unauthorized access
- Cryptographic key compromise
Actions:
- Immediate containment
- User notification within 72 hours if required
- Notification to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (DPA) when applicable
- Documentation and post-incident review
